Description:Superviseur Opérationnel (H/F) - Luxembourg | CDI | Management & OpérationsDans le cadre de la réorganisation de ses activités, notre client, entreprise de services implantée au Luxembourg, rechercheplusieurs Superviseurs Opérationnels afin de renforcer son organisation terrain.Vous occupez un rôle clé combinant management, pilotage opérationnel, gestion budgétaire et relation client dans un environnement multisites.Votre rôle :Rattaché(e) à la Direction Opérationnelle, vous prenez en charge un portefeuille de sites et supervisez plusieurs responsables terrain.Vos principales responsabilités seront de :● Manager et accompagner les responsables terrain, fixer leurs priorités et suivre leurs résultats ;● Garantir le bon déroulement des prestations et le respect des engagements clients ;● Assurer un suivi régulier de la satisfaction client, gérer les réclamations et mettre en place les actions correctives nécessaires ;● Suivre les budgets des différents sites, analyser les coûts, la productivité et les éventuels écarts ;● Participer au lancement, au suivi et, lorsque nécessaire, à la réorganisation des sites ;● Veiller au respect des standards de qualité, sécurité et performance ;● Assurer un reporting fiable grâce aux outils digitaux et aux différents indicateurs de suivi.Le poste nécessite une présence régulière sur le terrain et une grande autonomie dans l'organisation de votre activité.Votre profil :Vous disposez d'une expérience confirmée en management opérationnel multi sites, idéalement acquise dans un environnement de services, de Facility Management ou de propreté.Vous possédez une bonne compréhension des réalités opérationnelles : organisation d'un site, dimensionnement des ressources, suivi de la qualité, gestion des coûts et accompagnement des équipes.Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour :● votre leadership de proximité et votre capacité à faire progresser vos équipes ;● votre orientation client et votre capacité à instaurer une relation de confiance ;● votre rigueur dans le suivi des budgets et des indicateurs ;● votre capacité à gérer les priorités et les situations sensibles ;● votre autonomie et votre esprit d'analyse ;● votre aisance avec les outils informatiques et digitaux.Un excellent niveau de français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, est indispensable.Une bonne connaissance professionnelle de l'anglais est souhaitée.
