Чого ми від тебе чекаємо?

— Письмова Spanish (B2); English (B2+) : зверни увагу, що цей пункт перший в списку, для нас це дуже важливо!

— Досвід роботи з клієнтами: поштою, в чатах та/або наживо;

— Ініціативність та організованість: **ми заохочуємо говорити про проблеми та запропонувати шляхи їх вирішення. Вміємо брати на себе відповідальність за досягнення/факапи та контролюємо свій робочий час на зміні;

— Бажання вчитися і розвиватися у сфері IT: більшість лідів команд виросли з Junior позицій.

Як саме проходить робота?

— Спілкуємося з користувачами українською, англійською, китайською та іспанськими мовами через чати та листи щодо наших сайтів і послуг;

— Зміна відбувається з 16 до 24;

— Передаємо складні запити на інші відділи;

— Маємо 30 хвилинний брейк та додаткову 1-2 можливості відлучитись на 10-15 хв під час зміни, зустрічі для командної взаємодії, щоб залишатися в тонусі;
