Зараз ми в пошуку Junior HR Admin (Кадровий облік), який/яка стане надійною опорою для бізнесу й команди, відповідатиме за кадрову документацію та процеси.

Які виклики чекають на тебе в ролі:

- Допомагати в організації та веденні кадрового документообігу на різних етапах життєвого циклу працівника: прийняття, переведення, зміна умов праці, звільнення, відрядження тощо.

- Готувати довідки, супровідні листи та інші кадрові документи за встановленими процесами.

- Формувати та підтримувати в актуальному стані особові справи працівників.

- Вносити та актуалізувати кадрову інформацію в HR-системах.

- Допомагати у підготовці кадрової звітності та внутрішніх звітів.

- Працювати з документами та даними, перевіряти їхню коректність і повноту.

- Допомагати в адмініструванні внутрішніх HR-процесів і підтримувати їхнє вдосконалення.

- Брати участь у веденні військового обліку під супроводом більш досвідченого колеги.

- Взаємодіяти з HR, Finance та іншими командами з питань кадрового адміністрування.

ІНСТРУМЕНТИ, З ЯКИМИ ТИ ПРАЦЮВАТИМЕШ:

- Excel / Google Sheets;

- PeopleForce, HiBob, 1С, BAS;

- внутрішні HR-системи та інструменти для роботи з документами.

Що для нас важливо:

- Від 1 року досвіду в кадровому адмініструванні / HR Administration / HR Operations або суміжній сфері.

- Розуміння трудового законодавства України та бажання поглиблювати свої знання.

- Уважність до деталей і відповідальність у роботі з документами та даними.

- Вміння працювати системно та дотримуватися встановлених процесів.

- Впевнене користування Excel або Google Sheets.

- Готовність працювати з великим обсягом інформації та документів.

- Бажання навчатися, розвиватися в HR Administration та поступово брати більше відповідальності.

Буде плюсом:

- Досвід роботи з PeopleForce, HiBob, 1С, BAS або іншими HR-системами.

- Базове розуміння процесів військового обліку.

- Досвід участі в автоматизації або вдосконаленні HR-процесів.
