Voor onze klant hun vestiging in Mechelen zoeken we een enthousiaste Service Advisor om het serviceteam te versterken.

Jouw functie

Als Service Advisor ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die hun wagen binnenbrengen voor onderhoud of herstellingen. Je zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie tussen de klant en de werkplaats.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Klanten persoonlijk en telefonisch ontvangen en verder helpen.
  • Voertuigen in ontvangst nemen voor onderhoud en herstellingen.
  • Luisteren naar de wensen en vragen van klanten en deze vertalen naar concrete afspraken.
  • Klanten adviseren over de kosten en technische aspecten van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.
  • Klantengegevens administratief verwerken.
  • De werkplaatsplanning opmaken en opvolgen.
  • Werkkaarten voorbereiden voor de techniekers.
  • Proactief klanten contacteren om onderhouds- en herstellingsafspraken in te plannen.
  • Klachten registreren en doelgerichte oplossingen voorstellen.
  • Zorgen voor een professionele en klantgerichte dienstverlening.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt reeds ervaring binnen de automotive sector.
  • Je bent sterk klantgericht en communicatief.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je kan vlot werken met moderne informaticatoepassingen.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan verschillende dossiers tegelijkertijd opvolgen.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler.
