• Maintain accurate and timely visibility into inbound inventory and identify risks to planned receipts.
• Partner with Merchandise Planning and Inventory Management to ensure orders accurately reflect approved buys and inventory strategies.
• Partner closely with Production, Supply Chain, and Logistics to understand delivery changes and communicate business impact.
• Proactively identify order and delivery exceptions and drive timely resolution across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure changes to orders, quantities, delivery timing, and cancellations are accurately reflected across systems.
• Develop clear reporting around inbound inventory, late orders, receipt timing, open orders, and exception management.
• Establish strong data integrity and governance across order management processes.
• Improve visibility between planned inventory, ordered inventory, in-transit inventory, and received inventory.
• Build scalable processes to support continued growth across categories, channels, stores, and international markets.
• Identify opportunities for systems, automation, and process improvements that reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
• Lead and align cross-functional partners across Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance, growing the Order Management team as the function scales.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• 7+ years of experience in order management, inventory operations, merchandise operations, planning operations, production, or supply chain within a retail or consumer brand.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion, Logistics or related field.
