Run with Skiptown

Make a difference for pups, their people, and your team. 📍 Locations: Charlotte | Denver | Atlanta | More coming soon 💼 Roles: Hourly, Part-Time & Full-Time | Apply Anytime

🐶 Why Work at Skiptown?

At Skiptown, we’re creating something bigger than a place for pups, we’re building a place where pups thrive, people connect, and teams support each other. Whether you're greeting guests at the front desk, leading playgroups, mixing drinks at the bar, or heading out for a home visit, you'll be part of a team that lives our values every shift.

Our P.A.W.S. core values guide how we work together:

  • Pursue Results: We take pride in getting things done and doing them the right way.
  • Act with Integrity: We lead with honesty and do what’s right, even when no one’s watching.
  • Wow Every Time: We aim for excellence in every moment of care and service.
  • Stronger Together: We lift each other up, pitch in where needed, and grow as a team.

💼 Roles We Hire For

🐾 Pet Care Skipper You’ll lead playgroups, monitor dog behavior, deliver meals and enrichment, and help pups have a safe, structured, and enriching day. Great for dog lovers with strong instincts and attention to detail.

🎉 Social Skipper You’ll make our off-leash dog park the most fun place in town, checking in guests, supporting events, and keeping the vibes just right for pups and people. Ideal for outgoing, energetic people who love an ever-changing environment.

👋 Support Skipper As a front-of-house concierge, you’ll help clients check in, book services, answer questions, and make every interaction feel seamless. Best for detail-oriented communicators who love problem-solving and multitasking.

🏡 Home Services Skipper (Charlotte Only) You’ll provide dog walking and in-home care (for cats too) for our pet parents across Charlotte. Perfect for independent, responsible animal lovers who want flexible work and meaningful relationships with pets.

🍸 Bartender You’ll keep drinks flowing at our off-leash dog bar—serving up beer, wine, cocktails, and great conversation. Best for team players who love working behind the bar and know how to deliver great experiences.

🐩Groomer You’ll be a client-facing artist and technician, delivering high-quality grooms, guiding pup parents through style and care decisions, and mentoring teammates to help the whole team thrive.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

More applications. More interviews.

Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting and paid once. Send enough of them and the law of large numbers finds you the job.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?
