A área de Customer Success está em transformação, e o cuidado com a base de clientes se mantém como prioridade. Buscamos uma pessoa para assumir a gestão estratégica de uma carteira de clientes Grandes Contas, e, junto com isso, ajudar a estruturar os processos e métricas da célula de Account Managers como uma squad própria dentro do CS.

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES:

- Ser dono(a) da relação com uma carteira de Grandes Contas, com metas de recorrência, retenção e aumento de receita

- Construir e executar planos de conta alinhados aos objetivos de negócio do cliente Monitorar cadência de envios e identificar queda de recência antes que vire churn silencioso

- Conduzir estratégias de reengajamento e recuperação de clientes com queda de atividade Identificar oportunidades e realizar contatos estratégicas com stakeholders-chave e parceiros do cliente Identificar e executar oportunidades de expansão de volume/receita dentro da carteira

- Ajudar a desenhar e consolidar métricas, processos e playbooks do time de Account Managers de ITM Propor e documentar estratégias de retenção e expansão replicáveis para o time, não só para a própria carteira Sistematizar a resolução de problemas complexos, criando referência para o time (ex: fluxos de escalonamento, critérios de priorização)

- Levar feedbacks estruturados de clientes e do time para áreas internas (Product, RevOps, Suporte), com dados que sustentem a priorização Contribuir ativamente na construção de rituais, templates e critérios de segmentação da célula

- Garantir a plena atualização dos perfis dos clientes no CRM (Hubspot) Analisar indicadores de recorrência e recência da base para embasar decisões próprias e sugerir ajustes de processo pro time

REQUISITOS:

- Experiência em Customer Success, Account Management ou vendas B2B, com histórico de gestão de carteira

- Capacidade de negociação

- Pensamento analítico, com autonomia para interpretar indicadores e agir sobre eles

- Comunicação estruturada com interlocutores de nível gerencial/decisor

- Postura resolutiva Será um diferencial:

- Experiência no ecossistema de frete, logística ou e-commerce

- Vivência construindo ou estruturando processos

- Espanhol
