OBJETIVO:

- Liderar iniciativas complejas y ambiguas, alineando múltiples equipos hacia resultados de alto impacto y mentorando a niveles junior.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

- Estrategia End-to-End: Dueño de la visión de una línea de productos completa, tomando decisiones basadas en datos, conociendo los principales dolores de los clientes y responsable por definir, gestionar, implementar y hacer seguimiento de los features de su línea de producto que tiene a cargo.

- Resolución de Ambigüedad: Definir prioridades en entornos inciertos, descomponiendo problemas grandes en fases de entrega de valor.

- Mentoría Estratégica: Elevar el nivel del equipo enseñando mejores prácticas de gestión, priorización y uso avanzado de IA para la toma de decisiones.

- Accountability: Responsable directo de los KPIs estratégicos (North Star Metrics). Valida que el Research, el designer, el content y el equipo Tech operen en máxima sincronía y calidad.

REQUISITOS:

- Formación: Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Administración, Negocios, Tecnología o carreras afines.

- Experiencia en metodologías ágiles y manejo de herramientas como Gemini, ChatGPT y Claude.

- Disponibilidad para viajar a México al menos una vez al año o cuando haya eventos clave del área o la empresa.

  • Alta capacidad de organización y planeación estratégica.
  • Liderazgo colaborativo.
  • Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Empatía y orientación al cliente.

OFRECEMOS:

- Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 a 19:00 GMT-6 (CDMX). Con flexibilidad de horario en fechas de lanzamientos y actualizaciones.
