RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES:

- Conduzir processos seletivos de ponta a ponta, desde o alinhamento de perfil até a finalização da contratação;

- Realizar alinhamento de perfil e briefing das vagas junto aos gestores;

- Elaborar estratégias de divulgação e atração de candidatos utilizando diferentes canais de recrutamento;

- Realizar triagem de currículos, entrevistas por competências, aplicação de testes e avaliação de candidatos;

- Conduzir processos seletivos simultâneos, garantindo agilidade e cumprimento dos prazos de contratação;

- Realizar hunting e busca ativa de candidatos para posições estratégicas ou de maior complexidade;

- Manter relacionamento próximo com candidatos durante todas as etapas do processo seletivo, garantindo uma boa experiência;

- Acompanhar e atualizar os processos seletivos no sistema de recrutamento, mantendo o pipeline organizado;

- Realizar alinhamentos e devolutivas junto aos gestores, apresentando candidatos e apoiando a tomada de decisão;

- Acompanhar indicadores de recrutamento, como volume de candidatos, tempo de fechamento e efetividade dos processos;

- Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de atração e seleção, propondo ações para aumentar a eficiência das contratações;

- Trabalhar em ambientes dinâmicos, com alto volume de demandas e constantes mudanças.

- Contribuir para a melhoria e otimização de processos internos.

- Monitorar indicadores de satisfação e desempenho.

- Apoiar em treinamentos, comunicação interna e atividades de integração.

- Colaborar em projetos transversais.

- Realizar entrevistas de desligamento;

- Melhorar integração de novos colaboradores.

REQUISITOS:

- Experiência na área de Recursos Humanos, com foco em Recrutamento e Seleção;

- Ensino Superior em Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;

- Conhecimento em Excel intermediário;

- Experiência com entrevistas por competências e condução de processos seletivos de ponta a ponta;

- Capacidade de trabalhar com alto volume de vagas e diferentes perfis simultaneamente;

- Ter trabalhado em startups ou empresas de tecnologia em crescimento.

  • Desejável:
  • Inglês ou espanhol fluente;
  • Experiência com recrutamento de posições comerciais, administrativas e/ou de tecnologia;
  • Experiência com hunting e busca ativa de candidatos;
  • Experiência com indicadores de recrutamento e seleção;
  • Experiência com sistemas ATS e ferramentas de recrutamento;
  • Experiência em negociações com clientes internos e terceiros.
