RESPONSABILIDADES:

- Crear contenido persuasivo y de alto impacto: idear y producir copy estratégico para múltiples formatos —redes sociales, video, email, newsletters, mensajería y notificaciones push— asegurando que cada pieza cumpla un objetivo de negocio claro.

- Personalizar la comunicación a escala: adaptar mensajes según el comportamiento, las preferencias y la etapa del ciclo de vida del cliente, maximizando la relevancia y el impacto de cada interacción.

- Liderar la colaboración con diseño: trabajar de la mano con el equipo creativo para garantizar coherencia entre mensaje e imagen, elevando la calidad narrativa y visual de cada campaña.

- Optimizar mediante experimentación: diseñar y ejecutar pruebas A/B sobre tono, estilo y CTA, usando los resultados para iterar y mejorar continuamente la efectividad del contenido.

- Custodiar la voz de marca: velar por que todo el contenido refleje consistentemente el tono, la personalidad y los valores de la marca, garantizando una experiencia unificada en todos los puntos de contacto.

- Traducir datos en estrategia: analizar métricas clave de desempeño y traducir los hallazgos en informes y recomendaciones accionables que optimicen las estrategias de comunicación.

- Contribuir a la estrategia de contenido: participar activamente en la definición de la estrategia de comunicación y contenido, aportando una visión editorial que vaya más allá de la ejecución táctica.

REQUISITOS

- Licenciatura concluida en Mercadotecnia, Publicidad, Lingüística, Literatura, o Comunicación.

- Dominio de frameworks de copy (AIDA, PAS, StoryBrand, etc.)

- Redacción adaptable a distintos tonos de marca y buyer personas

- Conocimiento de UX writing / microcopy (para notificaciones push, CTAs, formularios).

  • Habilidades:
  • Originalidad y creatividad.
  • Comunicación oral y escrita.
  • Redacción versátil.
  • Investigación y capacidad de análisis.
  • Deseable:
  • Experiencia con eCommerce o Startups.
  • Experiencia en productos digitales que se encuentren en diferentes países.
