  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering is preferred or equivalent experience of 5 years in a high-tech manufacturing environment

Additional Information from HM

We are a high-tech machine shop so there is a lot of hands-on potential to learn around equipment, but candidates must be comfortable rolling their sleeves up and working on the manufacturing floor. I prefer about 60% time on mfg. floor, 40% in the office for our engineering roles, but of course there will be times when engineers spend extended periods 100% in the office working on special projects.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
