  • Support change-control activities by documenting proposed changes, impacts, decisions, and resulting actions.
  • Assist leadership with identifying and tracking appropriate mitigation and corrective actions.

Reporting, Metrics & Dashboards

  • Collect, analyze, and consolidate project status information from technical and functional teams.
  • Develop recurring status reports, dashboards, metrics, briefings, and management presentations.
  • Analyze project performance information and identify trends or areas requiring management attention.
  • Prepare clear summaries of project accomplishments, upcoming activities, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Support Government reporting requirements and presentations.

  • Assist project leadership in assessing potential impacts of project risks, issues, and changes.

Meetings & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Facilitate or support project meetings, working groups, status reviews, and technical coordination sessions.
  • Develop meeting agendas, presentation materials, meeting notes, decision records, and action-item summaries.
  • Track meeting decisions and action items through completion.
  • Coordinate follow-up activities across Government and contractor stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and upcoming milestones clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.

Documentation & Deliverable Management

  • Develop, review, edit, format, and maintain project plans, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, procedures, and other program documentation.
  • Coordinate development, review, approval, and delivery of Government and contractual deliverables.
  • Perform quality reviews to verify documentation is complete, accurate, consistent, and compliant with established requirements.
  • Maintain project repositories, document version control, and organized project records.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
