Over de afdeling

Wij houden ruim 12.500 liften draaiende verspreid over heel Nederland. Onze klanten zijn woningcorporaties, VvE's en commerciële vastgoedpartijen zij vertrouwen erop dat wij hun installaties in topconditie houden. Met circa 150 collega's verdeeld over zo'n elf regio's werken we dagelijks aan veilige en betrouwbare liftinstallaties. Servicecontracten vormen de basis van onze samenwerking, maar echte relaties maken het verschil.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Junior Accountmanager ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten in jouw regio. Je vertaalt hun wensen naar scherpe offertes, begeleidt het traject van aanvraag tot opdracht en zorgt dat zowel de klant als de interne organisatie altijd op de hoogte zijn.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • Je ontvangt klantaanvragen en inventariseert technische en financiële wensen;
  • Je stelt calculaties en offertes op, bewaakt de opvolging en voert verkoopgesprekken;
  • Je adviseert klanten over producten en alternatieve mogelijkheden;
  • Je stelt meerjarenbegrotingen op, eventueel samen met de Regiomanager;
  • Je legt alle relevante informatie nauwkeurig vast en draagt dit over aan de organisatie;
  • Je blijft continu zoeken naar verbeteringen in je eigen werkproces.

Jouw groeipad

Dit is geen eindstation, het is een startpunt. We investeren actief in jouw ontwikkeling en bieden concrete doorgroeimogelijkheden wanneer er ruimte ontstaat binnen de organisatie:

  • Accountmanager Buitendienst/Verkoop: ken je de klanten, de markt en ons portfolio door en door, dan ben je een sterke kandidaat voor een buitendienstrol zodra er een positie vrijkomt. Je bezoekt klanten actief, bouwt aan lange termijn relaties en werkt aan grotere commerciële trajecten.
  • Regiomanager: heb je ook leidinggevende ambities? Als er een regiomanagementpositie vrijkomt, ben jij door je opgebouwde kennis en ervaring een serieuze interne kandidaat.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent commercieel gedreven, communicatief vaardig en houdt het hoofd koel als er meerdere ballen tegelijk in de lucht zijn. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste we leren je het vak.

Verder herken jij jezelf in het volgende:

  • MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Commerciële feeling en affiniteit met techniek;
  • Proactief, gestructureerd en klantgericht;
  • Goede onderhandelingsvaardigheden;
  • Ambitie om te groeien.
