The posting

Als Medewerker Klantcontact & Planning ben jij de onmisbare schakel binnen onze serviceafdeling. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt dat meldingen snel worden verwerkt en opgevolgd. Dankzij jouw overzicht en communicatie verloopt alles soepel, van melding tot oplossing.

Je taken bestaan uit:

  • Het registreren van inkomende telefoontjes en liftstoringen;
  • Het prioriteren en doorzetten van storingen naar onze servicemonteurs;
  • Het beantwoorden van eerstelijns klantvragen en overige vragen doorzetten;
  • Het verwerken van administratieve taken zoals het invoeren van keuringsrapporten en opdrachtbonnen;
  • Het actief signaleren van knelpunten en bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen;

Kortom: jij bent de verbindende factor tussen klant, monteur en organisatie én help je mee om meer dan 12.500 liften in Nederland draaiende te houden.

Wie wij zoeken

Jij bent iemand die energie krijgt van het helpen van klanten en het coördineren van processen. Dankzij jouw stressbestendigheid houd je overzicht, ook in drukke situaties.

Daarnaast breng je mee:

  • Minimaal mbo-werk/denkniveau;
  • Beschikbaarheid voor 32-40 uur per week;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling;
  • Nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail;
  • Teamspirit en flexibiliteit.
