Als Technisch Specialist ben je een belangrijke schakel in het moderniseringsproces van liften. Op het moment dat er een opdracht binnenkomt ga je zelfstandig het werk bezoeken. Het doel is om daar informatie te verzamelen en oplossingen te bedenken/uitwerken zodat de werkvoorbereider voldoende informatie heeft om het werk te kunnen voorbereiden. Alles moet gericht zijn op het in één keer goed kunnen uitvoeren van de moderniseringswerkzaamheden en jij staat daarvoor aan de basis.

Aanvullend zul je op het moment dat er technische uitdagingen zijn bij de uitvoering van een project ondersteuning bieden.

Je hebt daarom een technische achtergrond en bij voorkeur ervaring als Hoofdmonteur in de liftindustrie. Je bent bekend met verschillende liftsystemen en hebt kennis van moderne besturingstechnieken. Je kunt prima communiceren, want je zult je bevindingen goed moeten kunnen overdragen, hetzij op papier of anders telefonisch. Aangezien je ook met klantencontact hebt, ben je in staat diplomatiek te communiceren.

Daarnaast vind je het leuk om je kennis over te dragen aan de andere teamleden. Als persoon neem je verantwoording, ben je nauwkeurig, resultaatgericht en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid. Je vindt het leuk om snel te schakelen en je kunt goed prioriteiten stellen en belangen afwegen zodat je zelf een weloverwogen besluit neemt. Als Technisch Specialist kom je te werken in een dynamische omgeving waarin je de mogelijkheid krijgt om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Je werkt nauw samen met een team van enthousiaste professionals en draagt bij aan de modernisering van liften in heel Nederland. Bij afwezigheid van de projectmanagers zul je samen met de Werkvoorbereider de inhoudelijke taken overnemen.

Kort samengevat:

  • Uitvoeren van vooropnames van moderniserings-werkzaamheden;
  • Plan van aanpak uitwerken;
  • Ondersteuning bieden in de zin van meedenken en telefonische assistentie als er projecten zijn met technische uitdagingen;
  • Zorgen voor kennisoverdracht en ondersteuning van monteurs; in die zin ook een voorbeeldfunctie.
