Unser wachsendes Team sucht nach einem Entrepreneur in Residence Intern (m/w/d) in München und Du könntest genau die richtige Person dafür sein! Deine Hauptverantwortung liegt darin, mit Deinem analytischen Denken und Deinen ausgeprägten Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten die Unternehmensstrategie umzusetzen, indem Du strategische Initiativen identifizierst, konzipierst und ausführst sowie skalierbare Prozesse implementierst. Als Entrepreneur in Residence Intern (m/w/d) erwartet Dich nicht nur ein dynamisches und motiviertes Umfeld mit flachen Hierarchien und kurzen Entscheidungswegen, sondern auch vielfältige Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten im Unternehmen. Deine Aufgaben

  • Du arbeitest an der Weiterentwicklung unseres heutigen Geschäftsmodells und stehst dabei in engem Austausch mit der Geschäftsleitung.
  • Mit deinen analytischen Fähigkeiten und der strategischen Herangehensweise optimierst du vor allem interne Abläufe und bereitest uns für die Herausforderungen von morgen vor.
  • Du analysierst den Markt, Wettbewerb und Trends im Automotive Umfeld.
  • Du hinterfragst den Status Quo und bringst eigene Ideen ein.
  • Du hast die Möglichkeit, eigene Projekte (intern oder mit dem Kunden) in Eigenregie zu planen und umzusetzen.
  • Du kannst uns für 4-6 Monate unterstützen.

Anforderungen

  • Du kannst ein Studium der BWL, VWL oder einem verwandten Studiengang vorweisen.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
  • Du hast ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit und Motivation.
  • Du scheust Dich nicht davor die Ärmel hochzukrempeln und zeichnest Dich durch eine Hands-on Mentalität aus.
  • Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office Programmen, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint.
  • Wir sind ein internationales Team, weshalb überzeugende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse unerlässlich sind.
