Als Praktikant:in spielst Du eine aktive Rolle beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung der Operations Abteilung. Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt das Operations Team bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Vermarktungsprozesses in Abstimmung mit dem Product-Team und dem Vertrieb.
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Team trägst Du zur Optimierung des kompletten operativen Ablaufs bei, angefangen beim Onboarding und der Betreuung neuer und bestehender Kunden sowie den Vermarktungskanälen bis zu den Abläufen im After Sales - Kundenkontakt ist für Dich dabei selbstverständlich.
  • Du analysierst die Performance unseres Auktionsgeschäfts und entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team Maßnahmen zur nachhaltigen Qualitätssicherung.

Anforderungen

  • Du studierst im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaften/ BWL oder einer anderen angrenzenden Fachrichtung.
  • Deine Leidenschaft für Automobile möchtest Du auch gerne in Deiner beruflichen Karriere einbringen.
  • Du verfügst über analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und kannst sowohl gut allein, als auch als Teil eines hochmotivierten Teams arbeiten.
  • Du bist teamfähig, selbstständig, strukturiert und arbeitest äußerst gewissenhaft.
  • Ganz wichtig: Humor und Empathie hast Du auch und Dir macht es Spaß in einem interdisziplinären Team zu arbeiten.
  • Wir sind ein internationales Team, weshalb überzeugende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse unerlässlich für uns sind.
