O Supervisor de Manutenção é responsável por liderar e supervisionar a equipe de manutenção, garantindo a execução eficiente e eficaz das atividades de manutenção preventiva e corretiva. Esse cargo desempenha um papel crucial na garantia do bom funcionamento e da disponibilidade dos equipamentos, máquinas e instalações da empresa. Abaixo estão algumas das principais funções desse cargo:

Responsabilidades:

1. Liderança da Equipe: Supervisionar e orientar a equipe de manutenção, distribuindo tarefas, definindo prioridades e garantindo a realização adequada das atividades de manutenção.

2. Planejamento e Programação: Elaborar planos de manutenção preventiva e corretiva, definindo os recursos necessários, estabelecendo prazos e programando as atividades de acordo com as necessidades da empresa.

3. Coordenação de Atividades: Coordenar as atividades de manutenção, incluindo reparos, inspeções, trocas de peças, lubrificação, ajustes e calibrações, garantindo a conformidade com os procedimentos e normas técnicas.

4. Gestão de Recursos: Gerenciar os recursos da equipe de manutenção, incluindo pessoal, materiais, ferramentas e equipamentos, garantindo a disponibilidade adequada para a realização das atividades de manutenção.

5. Monitoramento e Controle: Monitorar o desempenho dos equipamentos e instalações, identificando falhas, anomalias ou necessidades de reparo, e tomar as medidas necessárias para corrigir os problemas identificados.

6. Manutenção Preventiva: Garantir a execução regular das atividades de manutenção preventiva, conforme programado, visando minimizar ocorrências de falhas e maximizar a vida útil dos equipamentos e instalações.

7. Gestão de Custos: Controlar os custos relacionados à manutenção, otimizando o uso de recursos, buscando alternativas mais econômicas e elaborando relatórios de custos para a gerência.

8. Segurança e Conformidade: Assegurar que todas as atividades de manutenção sejam realizadas em conformidade com as normas de segurança e regulamentos aplicáveis, garantindo um ambiente de trabalho seguro para a equipe.

9. Relacionamento com Fornecedores: Estabelecer e manter contato com fornecedores e prestadores de serviços, garantindo a qualidade dos serviços prestados e a disponibilidade de peças de reposição quando necessário.

Requisitos:

- Formação técnica ou superior em áreas relacionadas à manutenção, como engenharia mecânica, elétrica ou áreas afins.

- Experiência prévia em supervisão ou coordenação de equipes de manutenção.

- Conhecimento em técnicas de manutenção preventiva e corretiva.

- Conhecimento em leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos e manuais de equipamentos.

- Habilidades de liderança, coordenação e gestão de equipes.

- Conhecimentos em normas de segurança e regulamentos aplicáveis à manutenção.

- Capacidade de tomar decisões rápidas e assertivas em situações de emergência.

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de interagir com diferentes partes interessadas.

- Conhecimentos básicos de informática e sistemas de gestão de manutenção.

- Disponibilidade para trabalhar em horários flexíveis e, eventualmente, em regime de plantão.
