Description du poste

Rattaché(e) au Chargé(e) d’Affaires, vous êtes chargé(e) de planifier, organiser et diriger la réalisation des opérations confiées depuis la prise du marché jusqu'à la réception des ouvrages en étanchéité et/ou façade, dans un souci de sécurité, rentabilité et qualité.

A ce titre, vos missions seront les suivantes :

• Assurer le suivi budgétaire et à la rentabilité des affaires concernant le SAS.

• Représenter SMAC auprès du client et valoriser l'image de marque.

• Etablir et/ou valider les propositions commerciales.

• Prospection des nouveaux clients.

• Assurer le suivi et la réalisation des contrats régionaux / nationaux à la demande de sa hiérarchie.

• Vérification de l'exécution des ouvrages, leur conformité technique et le respect des plannings.

Qualifications

De formation supérieure cycle ingénieur et/ou universitaire, vous recherchez un stage en tant que Chargé(e) d'affaires. Vous avez acquis une première expérience professionnelle lors de stages ouvriers serait un plus.

Vous êtes titulaire d’un permis B
