岗位二：AI应用工程师（业务方向）*2 面向对象：2026届应届毕业生（本科/硕士） 岗位职责： 深入业务部门调研流程卡点，识别AI可优化的高频、重复性环节 设计AI技能包方案，包括场景定义、输入输出设计、数据需求梳理 参与AI助手和技能插件的开发、测试与上线交付 跟踪上线效果，收集业务反馈，推动持续迭代优化 输出业务流程分析报告和AI应用效果数据报告

岗位一任职要求： 熟悉Java，有扎实的编程基础和良好的代码规范意识 熟悉至少一种后端框架（如Spring Boot、Spring Cloud） 了解大模型API调用、Prompt Engineering、Function Calling等AI应用技术 了解AgentScope、LangChain、AutoGen等至少一种AI Agent框架 具备分布式系统或后端开发基础知识，了解消息队列、微服务、API设计 能流畅阅读英文技术文档和开源框架源码 自驱力强，学习能力突出，具备良好的团队协作意识 加分项： 有AI Agent相关项目开发或落地经验 有开源项目贡献或技术博客 了解MCP协议或RAG应用开发 有消息队列（如RocketMQ、Kafka）、任务调度系统使用经验 熟悉Docker、Kubernetes等容器化技术
