1、教育背景：本科及以上学历，财务、税务等相关专业，硕士优先。 2、工作经验：5 年以上跨境电商税务工作经验，熟悉多国税法，有复杂税务处理案例，具备报税管理及税务代理对接经验，2年以上团队管理经验。 3、专业技能：持有 CTA、CPA 等相关资格证书，熟练使用财务及办公软件，具备较强数据分析能力。 4、语言能力：英语听说读写良好，能与海外团队和税务机关沟通。 5、综合素质：有税务风险意识和解决复杂问题能力，沟通协调能力强，能跨部门及与税务代理协作，工作严谨，责任心强，主观能动性强，有良好职业道德和团队精神。 6、学习与适应能力：能快速学习和适应国际税收政策变化，积极应对行业税务挑战，有较强自我驱动力。
