The posting

1、负责国内外专利挖掘、布局、撰写、申请及全生命周期维护，评估研发项目外观、发明、实用新型创新点，构建相关产品专利池，跟踪缴费、驳回复审流程。 2、负责全球商标布局(重点覆盖美国、欧盟等地区)，管控品牌命名合规性，开展商标风险查询，处理商标续展、异议、答辩等事宜。 3、负责软件、包装设计、网页文案、视频和音乐等原创内容的版权登记与保护。 4、监控亚马逊、沃尔玛、BestBuy、eBay、AliExpress、Temu、TikTok Shop等主流及新兴电商平台，排查假冒品、山寨品、傍名牌行为，协助负责人出具线上渠道知识产权维权方案。 5、产品立项阶段开展FTO分析，全程跟进立项流程，在产品定义期检索分析侵权风险，批量生产前完成全方位风险评估并出具报告，并给出具体可行建议。 6、关注竞品专利动态，重点排查公司各类产品的专利侵权风险，必要时针对在申请中的专利提出公众意见。 7、协助负责人搭建并优化知识产权管理体系，包括不限于知识产权申请流程、知识产权风险管控流程以及知识产权代理机构管控流程。 8、协助负责人管理IP授权许可，包括外部IP合作和授权IP外部合作。

1、学历专业：本科及以上学历，知识产权、法学、机械 / 电子 / 化工等理工科相关专业优先；持有专利代理人资格证优先。 2、工作经验：3年及以上知识产权相关工作经验，1年以上全球商标布局与风险排查及纠纷处理经验或者一年以上欧美专利布局与申请经验，有跨境电商企业、制造业、外贸企业 IP 工作经验优先。 3、专业能力： 熟悉发明、实用新型、外观专利全流程：挖掘、布局、撰写、审查意见答复、复审、无效等。 熟悉全球商标注册与维权流程，具备美国、欧盟等海外商标实务经验。 熟悉FTO 分析、侵权分析、风险排查，能独立出具风险评估报告。 熟悉软件著作权、美术作品、视频版权等版权登记与保护流程。 4、平台经验：熟悉亚马逊、eBay、TikTok 等跨境电商平台规则及知识产权投诉、维权流程。 5、工具能力：具备良好的专利 / 商标检索能力，熟练使用专利数据库、商标查询系统等工具。 6、综合素质： 逻辑清晰，严谨细致、责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调与项目推进能力。 具备较强的学习能力、问题分析与解决能力，能独立处理多线程 IP 事务。 良好的英文读写能力，能阅读英文专利、商标法律文件。
