O que buscamos?

Um profissional dinâmico, organizado e com perfil analítico para integrar nossa equipe como Assistente de Supervisão no setor de Rouparia e Lavanderia. O profissional será responsável por apoiar diretamente a liderança nas rotinas administrativas, controle de indicadores, gestão de ponto e fluxo de insumos, garantindo a eficiência operacional do setor.

Dia a Dia:

  • Apoio à Gestão: Auxiliar o Supervisor no controle e nos pedidos de materiais e insumos utilizados no setor.
  • Desenvolvimento de Equipes: Efetuar e auxiliar o Supervisor na aplicação de treinamentos operacionais.
  • Indicadores e Processos: Auxiliar no acompanhamento dos planos de ações e indicadores de desempenho da área.
  • Rotinas Administrativas: Receber, conferir e encaminhar Notas Fiscais (N.F.) para o setor de pagamentos, além de realizar o arquivo e organização de documentos.
  • Gestão de Ponto: Efetuar e conferir diariamente o fechamento do ponto eletrônico de todos os colaboradores do setor.
  • Atendimento: Realizar o atendimento telefônico e o suporte operacional às demandas do setor.

Local de trabalho: Complexo Hospitalar Souza Aguiar. Endereço: Praça da República, 111, Centro, Rio de Janeiro

Horário: Diarista 5X2 Segunda a quinta de 8h as 18h e sexta de 8h as 17h.

O que precisamos que você tenha:

  • Ensino Médio completo, será um diferencial ensino superior cursando ou completo.
  • Conhecimento do Pacote Office, com domínio e facilidade principalmente em Excel.
  • Perfil proativo, ágil e com forte atenção aos detalhes.
  • Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal para o trato diário com as equipes.

O que vamos amar se você tiver:

  • Experiência anterior em rotinas de controle de ponto ou tratamento de Notas Fiscais.
  • Vivência em ambiente hospitalar ou em setores de lavanderia/logística.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e sob pressão.
