Smart IT Conseil recrute un ingénieur support poste de travail pour accompagner les utilisateurs d’un acteur bancaire de la gestion d’actifs. Vous préparez et administrez les postes fixes et mobiles et contribuez à la fiabilité du parc informatique.

Vos responsabilités

  • Assurer le support aux utilisateurs et résoudre les incidents sur les postes et les applications bureautiques.
  • Préparer, installer et configurer les postes fixes, portables et terminaux mobiles.
  • Déployer les logiciels et maintenir les configurations Windows et Microsoft Office 365.
  • Diagnostiquer les problèmes d’accès à distance et de connexion VPN.
  • Suivre le parc, documenter les interventions et accompagner les utilisateurs lors des évolutions de leur environnement.

Votre profil

Vous justifiez d’au moins 6 ans d’expérience professionnelle après diplôme en support utilisateurs et administration des postes de travail.

Les stages et les alternances ne sont pas comptabilisés dans cette durée.

  • Bonne maîtrise de Windows 11, de l’administration Windows et de Microsoft Office 365.
  • Pratique du diagnostic et de la résolution d’incidents matériels, logiciels et de connectivité.
  • Connaissance des VPN, des postes portables et des terminaux mobiles.
  • Organisation, autonomie et sens du service auprès des utilisateurs.
