Smart IT Conseil recrute un ingénieur support pour accompagner les utilisateurs d’une salle des marchés bancaire. Vous assurez un support de proximité dans un environnement où la disponibilité des outils et la qualité du service sont essentielles.

Vos responsabilités

  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents matériels et logiciels sur les postes de travail.
  • Installer, configurer et maintenir les équipements et les applications métier utilisés en salle des marchés.
  • Déployer les applications et accompagner les utilisateurs dans leur prise en main.
  • Prendre en charge les demandes liées à la téléphonie mobile et à la téléphonie de marché.
  • Suivre les demandes jusqu’à leur résolution, documenter les interventions et coordonner les escalades techniques.

Votre profil

Vous justifiez d’au moins 9 ans d’expérience professionnelle après diplôme en support informatique et administration des postes de travail, avec une expérience en salle des marchés.

Les stages et les alternances ne sont pas comptabilisés dans cette durée.

  • Maîtrise du diagnostic, de la maintenance et de la configuration des postes, matériels et logiciels.
  • Compétences en administration système, déploiement d’applications et téléphonie.
  • Capacité à assister des utilisateurs de tous niveaux et à expliquer clairement les solutions.
  • Autonomie, sens du service et capacité à prioriser les incidents dans un environnement exigeant.
