The posting

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and cost-related accounting activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of manufacturing accounts, GST, taxation, bank reconciliation, and financial controls. Key Roles & Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. Handle general ledger, journal entries, and finalization of accounts. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor/customer reconciliations. Prepare and review sales invoices, purchase bills, debit notes, and credit notes. Handle GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities. Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring. Monitor manufacturing expenses, overheads, and production-related costs. Assist in cost accounting, product costing, and inventory valuation. Reconcile raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods accounts. Coordinate with purchase, production, stores, and sales departments for accounting-related matters. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support budgeting, financial analysis, and variance reporting. Coordinate with statutory auditors and internal auditors. Requirements Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management. Hands-on experience in manufacturing company accounts. Good knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, and statutory compliance. Experience in finalization of accounts and financial reporting. Knowledge of cost accounting, product costing, and expense analysis. Understanding of inventory accounting – Raw Materials, WIP, and Finished Goods. Expertise in bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and vendor/customer reconciliation. Proficiency in Tally Prime / ERP / SAP / other accounting software. Advanced MS Excel skills and MIS reporting.
