Para acelerar ainda mais o nosso crescimento, estamos buscando um Executivo de Vendas Hunter. Procuramos um profissional de comunicação de alto impacto, focado em alta performance, resiliência e com faro apurado para abrir novas portas e fechar negócios corporativos!

  • 🎯 Sua Missão & Atribuições (Atuação Hunter): Caça Ativa de Oportunidades: Prospecção ativa (Outbound) de empresas de médio e grande porte, indo além do agendamento e atuando de forma estratégica no pipeline.
  • Mapeamento de Decision-Makers: Identificar e abordar com precisão cirúrgica os reais tomadores de decisão (Diretores, Gerentes de RH, Facilities e Compras).
  • Abordagem Multicanal Integrada: Conectar-se com potenciais clientes via telefone, e-mail, LinkedIn, WhatsApp e presencialmente.
  • Mapeamento de Dores & Soluções: Entender a fundo a necessidade do cliente e apresentar nosso portfólio completo de vending machines, cafeterias corporativas e micromarkets (autosserviço).
  • Gestão do Funil: Manter o CRM atualizado com inteligência de mercado, relatórios e acompanhamento rigoroso de oportunidades.

  • Experiência comprovada em Vendas Hunter / Prospecção Ativa B2B (Outbound).
  • Perfil por Resultados: perfil focado em resultado, alta resiliência, contorno de objeções e ambição comercial.
  • Domínio de CRM e ferramentas de inteligência comercial/prospecção.
  • Comunicação persuasiva e escuta ativa apurada.
  • Diferencial: Já ter atuado na venda de serviços corporativos ou soluções direcionadas para Facilities, RH ou B2B.
