所属所定チームについて

「世界中の良質な情報を必要な人に送り届ける」というミッションのもと、ユーザー理解を基盤にした統合マーケティングコミュニケーションを推進しています。マーケティングチームのミッションは、インサイト分析に基づくブランディング、プロモーション、PRを統合し、SmartNewsアプリの認知拡大・ブランド価値向上・新規ユーザー獲得およびエンゲージメント強化を実現することです。データとクリエイティブを融合させたマーケティング戦略の策定・実行を通じて、持続的な事業成長とエンゲージメントの最大化を牽引します。

ポジション概要

「プロモーション」「消費者調査・データ分析」「コンシューマーPR」を活用し、統合マーケティング戦略を成功に導くマネージャーとしての役割を担います。チームマネジメントを通じて組織力の最大化を図る一方、オフラインプロモーション等の領域においては自らプレイヤーとして大型キャンペーンの企画・実行を主導することを期待します。消費者インサイトに基づいたSNS・PR施策との連動や、多数のステークホルダーを巻き込んだプロジェクトマネジメントを牽引し、全社的な事業目標の達成に直接貢献することがミッションです。

  • オフラインプロモーションの企画・実行
  • TVCMをはじめとする大型マス広告・オフラインキャンペーンの企画立案、クリエイティブディレクション、媒体選定、出稿および統合的な効果検証の遂行
  • 話題化施策の推進
  • 消費者理解に基づき、ソーシャルメディア・PR等を高度に連動させた、話題化企画の立案・実行
  • 複数チームのマネジメント
  • プロモーション、消費者分析、PRなどのチーム組織デザイン、目標設定（OKR/KPI管理）、評価およびメンバーの能力開発・育成
  • クロスファンクショナルなプロジェクトマネジメント
  • 社内関係部署（プロダクト、事業開発、オペレーション・デザイナー等）および社外パートナー（広告代理店、PR会社等）を統括し、大規模・複雑なプロジェクトの円滑な推進と完遂
  • マーケティング戦略の策定とROI最適化
  • 全社・部門の年間計画に基づいたマーケティング投資計画の策定、および定量・定性データに基づくキャンペーンパフォーマンスの継続的な改善・最適化
  • AIを活用したマーケティングプロセスの変革
  • 最新のAIツールやテクノロジーを積極的に取り入れ、マーケティングプロセスの効率化・高度化を組織としてドライブする

Requirements

応募要件

  • B2Cサービス/プロダクトにおけるTVCMをはじめとした大型マスマーケティングキャンペーンの企画・制作・プロデュース・効果検証の実務経験3年以上
  • ソーシャルメディアやPR施策を組み合わせ、バズや自発的な認知・拡散（話題化）を生み出した実績
  • 代理店・制作会社などの外部パートナーおよび社内複数部門（プロダクト・事業開発等）を包括的に統括・ディレクションできるプロジェクトマネジメントスキル
  • チームメンバーの目標設定、育成、評価、チームビルディングを行った経験3年以上
  • 日本語ネイティブレベル
  • 英語でのコミュニケーションに積極的・主体的に関われる方

歓迎要件

  • モバイルアプリ、IT/Webサービス領域、または消費財・エンタメ業界での大規模マーケティング実務経験
  • 定量・定性リサーチ（消費者分析）に基づくインサイト抽出およびマーケティング・プロダクトへの還元・施策化の深い知見
  • オンラインマーケティング・デジタル広告のスキーム理解
  • AIを活用した業務改善の経験
  • 複数領域（オフライン・オンライン・PR等）をまたぐ組織の立ち上げ・ターンアラウンド、または組織全体の生産性向上の推進経験
