Descripción del puesto

  • Elaborar el flujo de caja mensual y la posición diaria de caja de las sociedades de México, Panamá, Nicaragua y Costa Rica.
  • Coordinar con Tesorería la disponibilidad de fondos para cumplir con las obligaciones de las sociedades a cargo.
  • Gestionar los pagos oportunamente y realizar conciliaciones bancarias y reportes diarios.
  • Revisar y mantener actualizadas las cuentas por pagar en SAP.
  • Actualizar los registros de operaciones y gestionar reclamos bancarios por cargos o diferencias.
  • Controlar costos, comisiones bancarias, pagos y tipos de cambio.

Requisitos

  • Profesional de Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas, Economía o afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en funciones similares.
  • Conocimientos en pagos a proveedores y manejo de plataformas bancarias / Deseable: flujos de caja
  • Excel intermedio (tablas dinámicas y fórmulas)
  • Deseable: SAP FI y Power BI
