Misión: Ejecutar el plan comercial del canal, en línea con los lineamientos establecidos en la unidad de negocio mediante el desarrollo de relaciones comerciales sólidas con los clientes directos, quienes consumen nuestros productos en sus procesos productivos y/o líneas de negocio, con el fin de fortalecer la posición competitiva de SMI y lograr un crecimiento sostenible y rentable.

Responsabilidades:

  • Ejecutar el plan comercial en las cuentas a su cargo, para contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos de negocio.
  • Implementar mejoras para la rentabilidad del portafolio, proponiendo ajustes de precio y eficiencias en costos y gastos.
  • Implementar acciones para expandir el portafolio de SMI en las cuentas a su cargo, a fin de incrementar el market share o share of wallet a favor de SMI.
  • Establecer un nivel de servicio óptimo en su cartera de clientes a fin de fortalecer la relación comercial con SMI
  • Representar a SMI en situaciones críticas (reclamos por producto o servicio de SMI, cambios drásticos en el entorno, entre otros) como primer punto de contacto, a fin de agilizar la solución y mantener la buena imagen reputacional de SMI
  • Negociar con prospectos de clientes, velando por el cumplimiento de acuerdos
  • Negociador(a) con cliente I+D cliente y de SMI y construir relaciones a largo plazo con los clientes.

Requisitos

  • Profesionales en Administración, Ing. Industrial, Economía y/o afines
  • Experiencia no menor a 2 años en cargos de ventas, comercial en canal mayorista (mercados) y distribuidor B2B, horeca o afines.
  • Excel y Sap a nivel intermedio.
  • Disponibilidad para laborar 100% presencial
  • Contar con movilidad propia (indispensable)
