  • Coordinar el levantamiento, documentación, y con ello diagnosticar el estado actual (AS-IS) de los procesos de adp y nómina en los países y a nivel corporativo, para identificar brechas de cumplimiento, riesgos operativos, variaciones innecesarias y oportunidades de homologación y mejora.
  • Diseñar y mantener actualizado el modelo de procesos corporativos (TO-BE) de adp y nómina, con prácticas estandarizadas, para generar una operación eficiente y controlada.
  • Establecer controles y puntos de validación (checkpoints, aprobaciones, segregación de funciones, evidencias y auditoría) en los flujos de países y corporativo, para reducir errores, prevenir fraudes, asegurar integridad de datos y soportar auditorías internas/externas
  • Monitorear cambios legales y laborales que impacten los procesos de adp y nómina en cada país, en coordinación con GDH local y asesoría legal, para traducirlos en ajustes de proceso, parametrizaciones, instructivos y controles que aseguren cumplimiento.
  • Liderar iniciativas de mejora y eficiencia (Lean, automatización, reducción de tiempos de ciclo, eliminación de reprocesos) en el portafolio regional de GDH, para mejorar productividad, calidad del servicio y costo/tiempo de operación.
  • Levantar, priorizar y gestionar la transformación tecnológica/digital y requerimientos con TI (HRIS, nómina, integraciones, workflows, tickets, pruebas y despliegues) a nivel corporativo con impacto en países, para implementar soluciones tecnológicas correctas, seguras y alineadas al diseño.

Requisitos

  • Profesional de Administración, Recursos Humanos, Ing. Industrial, Contabilidad, y otras a fines.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en funciones similares.
  • Conocimientos de legislación laboral
  • Gestión de proyectos de la especialidad.
  • Excel avanzado
  • SAP OM, PA, PY, PT
