  • Liderar la gestión integral de las operaciones de Comercio Exterior e importaciones, asegurando el cumplimiento de tiempos, procesos y niveles de servicio.
  • Gestionar y desarrollar al equipo a cargo, organizando prioridades, cargas de trabajo y rutinas de seguimiento.
  • Monitorear los volúmenes de operación y capacidad del equipo, anticipando necesidades y asegurando la continuidad operativa.
  • Dar seguimiento a los costos de la operación de Comercio Exterior, identificando oportunidades de eficiencia y mejora.
  • Implementar y fortalecer procesos, políticas y formas de trabajo que contribuyan a una operación más ordenada y eficiente.
  • Coordinar con Comercial, Distribución, Almacén, Planeamiento, Sistemas, agentes y terceros, asegurando una adecuada atención de los requerimientos de la operación y de los clientes.

Requisitos

  • Bachiller o titulado/a en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Exterior o afines.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en jefaturas de Comercio Exterior.
  • Experiencia en importaciones / Inbound, gestión de equipos y coordinación con agentes o terceros.
  • Conocimientos en gestión aduanera, planificación de cargas, capacidad operativa, costos e indicadores.
  • Excel avanzado, SAP intermedio y Power BI intermedio deseable.
  • Inglés avanzado.
  • Deseable experiencia en empresas industriales, manufactureras, retail o multinacionales.
