...ist es, unsere Bestandskunden durch systematisches Upselling und eine strategische, hochwertige Kundenentwicklung nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln und langfristig an SMIGHT zu binden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du baust die Ausstattungsquote unserer Bestandskunden gezielt aus und gewinnst sie systematisch für neue Hardware und Zusatzservices, um unseren Umsatzplan im Bestandskundengeschäft zu erreichen.
  • Du entwickelst Deine Kundenbeziehungen strategisch weiter, statt rein transaktional zu verkaufen und führst dazu regelmäßige, strukturierte Kunden-Reviews durch.
  • Für unsere Kunden übernimmst Du die dedizierte Betreuung mit einem individuellen Betreuungsplan statt nach dem Gießkannenprinzip.
  • Du lebst unsere Kundenbetreuungs- und technische Beratungsstrategie im engen Zusammenspiel mit Sales Engineering und nutzt dabei klar definierte Eskalationswege.
  • Du begleitest unsere Kunden entlang des gesamten Lifecycle – von Onboarding über Adoption bis Renewal und Expansion – nach unserem strukturierten, skalierbaren Prozess.
  • Du pflegst den Health-Score Deiner Kunden und lieferst damit die Datenbasis für unser CSM-Dashboard und die laufende Verbesserung unseres Bestandskundenprozesses.
  • Du vernetzt unsere Kunden durch Events und teilst Deine Projekterfahrungen gemeinsam mit dem Marketing in Referenzberichten, um Sichtbarkeit für unsere Lösungen zu schaffen.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über fundierte Berufserfahrung in kundenservicenahen oder vertrieblichen Funktionen – idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Key Account Management oder Customer Success, im Umfeld der Energiewirtschaft, der SaaS-Branche oder anderen technologienahen Branchen.
  • Du denkst Kundenbeziehungen strategisch statt rein transaktional und hast Erfahrung im systematischen Upselling bzw. Cross-Selling.
  • Du hast ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Erfahrung mit agiler Teamarbeit.
  • Du hast ein Talent dafür, in einem technischen Umfeld präzise, aber verständlich und begeisternd zu kommunizieren.
  • Idealerweise hast Du Erfahrung mit CRM- oder Dashboard-Tools zur Steuerung Deiner Kundenbeziehungen, z. B. Hubspot.
  • Eine selbstständige Denk- und Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit beschreiben Dich – genauso wie auch uns!
  • Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Eine Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft zu deinen Kunden rundet dein Profil ab.
