  • Wir betreiben Deutschlands größte Messdatenbasis im Niederspannungsnetz mit über 30 Mio. Datenpunkten täglich. Mit deinen Skills hilfst du uns, unsere Systeme für 1 Mrd. Datenpunkte pro Tag fit zu machen
  • Wir leben das Prinzip 'you build it, you run it'. Für uns ist DevOps deshalb nicht nur ein Wort, sondern eine Grundhaltung
  • Du entwirfst und entwickelst unsere Services, von Streaming-Anwendungen bis hin zu REST-APIs. Du bist verantwortlich für deren Verfügbarkeit und Performance
  • Du entwickelst Architekturkonzepte und triffst transparente Implementierungsentscheidungen für unsere stark datengetriebenen Softwareprodukte
  • Du führst technische Projekte vom Gerät bis zum Web-Frontend und kannst mühelos innerhalb deines Teams sowie über Teamgrenzen hinweg kommunizieren und koordinieren
  • Du leitest Projekte, teilst dein Wissen und unterstützt Junior-Entwickler*innen bei ihren Aufgaben und in ihrer Weiterentwicklung

Dein Profil

  • Tiefgehendes Wissen über gängige Software-Design- und Architektur-Muster sowie praktische Erfahrung in der Implementierung dieser Muster in realen Anwendungen
  • Nachweisbare Fähigkeit, technische Teams zu leiten, indem du Best Practices in der Softwareentwicklung vermittelst und hohe Standards in der Code-Qualität sicherstellst
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Datenmodellierung und Backend-Technologien mit der Fähigkeit, den gesamten Entwicklungszyklus von der Konzeption bis zur Bereitstellung zu überwachen
  • Starkes Verständnis von Cloud-Plattformen (z. B. AWS, Azure, GCP) und Erfahrung im Entwerfen und Implementieren verteilter Systeme, die skalierbar und robust sind
  • Du gehst pragmatisch an Aufgaben heran und kannst beurteilen, wann „gut“ gut genug ist
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden, einschließlich Scrum oder Kanban, und ein Bekenntnis zu iterativer und inkrementeller Softwarebereitstellung
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer mit starken Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und kannst effektiv in interdisziplinären Teams arbeiten
  • Relevante Erfahrung in Softwaredesign und -entwicklung
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens Level C1) in Wort und Schrift
