The posting

As a Senior Product Manager for Ride Experience, you will own critical parts of the Snapp ride journey, ensuring a clear, reliable, and seamless experience for passengers and drivers throughout the active ride lifecycle, from driver acceptance and pickup through in-ride tracking and completion. You will define the product strategy and roadmap for these domains, identify high-impact customer and marketplace problems, and lead cross-functional teams throughout the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement.

  • Own and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for Ride Life Cycle, Ride Tracking, and Ride Presenter, ensuring priorities are aligned with customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and broader company objectives.
  • Build a deep understanding of the passenger and driver experience throughout the active ride journey, including acceptance, arrival, pickup, boarding, in-ride tracking, and completion.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to reduce uncertainty, pickup friction, tracking issues, cancellations, and customer support contacts, translating customer and marketplace problems into clear product initiatives.
  • Lead product discovery across customer and operational problems, using quantitative data, customer research, support insights, operational feedback, and market analysis to identify needs, validate opportunities, and shape solutions.
  • Define clear product goals, success metrics, diagnostic metrics, and marketplace guardrails for each initiative, ensuring decisions and trade-offs are guided by measurable outcomes and reliable evidence.
  • Build strong working relationships with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, and other product teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Translate product strategy into clear requirements and actionable delivery plans, making informed trade-offs and maintaining alignment among technical and business stakeholders throughout execution.
  • Monitor product performance after launch, investigate unexpected behaviour, and drive continuous improvement based on performance data, customer feedback, and operational insights.
  • Develop a longer-term vision for Ride Experience, identifying opportunities to make the Snapp ride journey more dependable, transparent, and intelligent for both passengers and drivers.
  • 4+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex products from discovery through launch and ongoing improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience operating at a senior product management level, independently owning a strategically important product domain and driving it toward clear business and customer outcomes.
  • Strong experience in product strategy, roadmap development, problem framing, customer discovery, and prioritization, with the ability to connect customer needs to broader company objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills, including defining meaningful metrics, investigating funnels and behavioural patterns, evaluating experiments, and making evidence-based product decisions.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and operational stakeholders to define solutions, manage dependencies, and deliver product improvements.
  • Sufficient technical fluency to work effectively with Engineering teams, understand technical constraints, and make informed product trade-offs.
  • Strong ownership and execution skills, with the ability to balance long-term product strategy with detailed delivery decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain product decisions, trade-offs, risks, and results to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Practical experience using AI tools in day-to-day product work, including data analysis, problem exploration, documentation, prototyping, and decision support, with sound judgment to validate outputs and protect sensitive information.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
