Als HR Generalist bij Snappet ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met HR te maken heeft. Je werkt in een zelfstandige functie, waar veel ruimte is voor eigen initiatief. Je schakelt direct met medewerkers en leidinggevenden en zij weten jou goed te vinden voor alle HR gerelateerde onderwerpen.

Je zorgt dat de HR-administratie op orde is, je denkt mee over vragen uit de organisatie en je komt zelf met ideeën om het werken bij Snappet nog beter te maken. Daarnaast werk je mee aan ons kantoor en onze werkomgeving, want daar zijn we samen verantwoordelijk voor.

Wat doet Snappet? Bij Snappet geloven we in de kracht van onderwijs. We erkennen de onmisbare rol die leerkrachten spelen in het vormgeven van toekomstige generaties. Onze missie is om leerkrachten en leerlingen in het basisonderwijs te ondersteunen, zodat zij elke dag het beste van zichzelf kunnen geven in de klas. Om dit te bereiken, bieden we een nieuwe generatie lesmethoden die continu en flexibel kunnen inspelen op en zich aanpassen aan de specifieke behoeften van elke leerkracht, klas en leerling. Bij Snappet werken momenteel ongeveer 100 medewerkers verspreid over een aantal landen. Met grootste gedeelte werkt vanuit ons kantoor in hartje Utrecht.

Wat ga je doen? ✅ Verwerken van salarismutaties en zorgen voor een correcte personeelsadministratie ✅ Uitvoeren van de operationele HR-taken, van contracten tot in- en uitdiensttreding ✅ Meedenken met leidinggevenden over HR-vraagstukken en hen praktisch adviseren ✅ Initiatief nemen om de medewerkersreis te verbeteren, van onboarding tot offboarding ✅ HR-beleid en het personeelshandboek up-to-date houden ✅ Meedenken over (en meewerken aan) het kantoor en de werkomgeving, zodat iedereen er fijn kan werken ✅ Samen met de andere leden van de activiteitencommissie gezellige personeelsactiviteiten organiseren

Wat breng jij mee? 🔹 Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in de richting HR, zoals HRM of Personeel & Arbeid 🔹 Ongeveer 3-5 jaar werkervaring in een HR-functie. 🔹 Ervaring met of affiniteit met cijfers en mutaties 🔹 Zelfstandigheid en de wil om zelf initiatief te nemen 🔹 Nauwkeurigheid én een goed gevoel voor mensen 🔹 Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels
