L’agence SNEF Fos‑sur‑Mer accompagne les grands acteurs industriels du bassin fosséen à travers des activités d’électricité industrielle, d’instrumentation, d’automatisme et de maintenance technique. Implantés au cœur d’un territoire stratégique, nous réalisons des projets d’installation, de rénovation et de maintenance sur sites pétrochimiques, sidérurgiques et énergétiques.

Nous recrutons régulièrement des électriciens industriels, instrumentistes, automaticiens, ainsi que des chefs d’équipe, chefs de chantier et chargés d’affaires.

Notre ambition : garantir expertise, sécurité et performance au service de l’industrie de demain.

🔎 Vos futures missions

Vous assurez la préparation, la coordination, le suivi et la réception des travaux d’installations électriques et instrumentation, en environnement industriel, dans le respect des exigences de sécurité, de qualité, de coûts et de délais.

Chiffrage

  • Prise en charge de dossiers d’appel d’offre de proximité
  • Réalisation de chiffrages

Préparation des chantiers

  • Analyser les plans, schémas et cahiers des charges.
  • Définir les moyens humains, matériels et logistiques.
  • Participer aux réunions de lancement avec le client et le bureau d’études.

Pilotage terrain

  • Encadrer les équipes de monteurs, chefs d’équipe et sous‑traitants.
  • Vérifier la bonne exécution des travaux : câblage, tirage de câbles, raccordements, armoires, HT/BT, instrumentation.
  • Contrôler la conformité aux normes et aux règles de sécurité.
  • Gérer les imprévus techniques directement sur site.
  • Être le référent opérationnel auprès du client.

Suivi administratif et financier (10 % du temps)

  • Gérer les commandes de matériel et les approvisionnements.
  • Suivre les budgets et optimiser les coûts.
  • Préparer les dossiers de réception et DOE.

🎯 Profil recherché

  • Titulaire d'une formation en électricité (BEP/CAP/Bac Pro, Bac +2).
  • Vous avez une expérience de 5 ans minimum sur un poste similaire.
  • Vous avez de solides connaissances en courants forts et faibles et justifiez d'une expérience réussie dans l'exécution de travaux en électricité.
  • Au-delà de vos compétences techniques, vous possédez un bon contact humain vous permettant de maintenir un relationnel client de qualité ainsi qu'un accompagnement managériale nécessaire au bon déroulement de vos chantiers.

Compétences

  • Savoir lire, interpréter et analyser un schéma électrique
  • Avoir une bonne connaissance du matériel électrique en industrie pétrochimie
  • Réaliser le raccordement de tous types d’appareils en zone et hors zone ATEX
  • Mise en service d'installation, contrôle des entrées sortie automate, dépannage
  • Management d’équipe
