🔎 Vos futures missions

Rattaché(e) au Responsable d'Activités, vous jouez un rôle clé dans le bon fonctionnement administratif et opérationnel de l’activité. Vos principales missions :

  • Ordonnancement des prestations,
  • Déclenchement et suivi des intervenants extérieurs,
  • Suivi du correctif et des relances sur 2 sous traitants
  • Suivi réglementaire via la GMAO client
  • Enregistrement et suivi dans la GMAO client

🎯 Profil recherché

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’une formation en gestion, administration ou assistanat
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (Pack Office)
  • Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et à l’aise avec les chiffres
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et savez gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément
  • Une expérience dans un environnement technique, industriel ou de maintenance serait un plus
