L'agence SNEF Rousset est spécialisée dans les métiers de l'automatisme industriel et accompagne ses clients dans la conception, la maintenance et l'optimisation de leurs systèmes automatisés. Elle intervient auprès d'entreprises issues de différents secteurs de l'industrie, notamment l'agroalimentaire, les lignes de production industrielles et les sites de fabrication nécessitant des équipements automatisés performants.

Grâce à son expertise technique, l'agence réalise des travaux d'installation, de programmation et de modernisation des automates industriels, tout en assurant la maintenance préventive et corrective des systèmes existants. Son objectif est de garantir la continuité de production, la fiabilité des équipements et l'amélioration des performances industrielles de ses clients.

  • Rattaché à l'agence de Rousset vous interviendrez chez nos clients basés dans le Var (Signes et Toulon)

🔎 Vos futures missions

  • Organiser, coordonner et superviser les équipes de chantier ainsi que les sous-traitants.
  • Préparer les interventions et veiller à la bonne exécution des travaux dans le respect des délais, de la qualité et des règles de sécurité.
  • Participer aux réunions de chantier et assurer le lien avec les clients, les bureaux d'études et les différents intervenants.
  • Réaliser le suivi technique des installations électriques en courant fort (CFO) et courant faible (CFA).
  • Encadrer les travaux d'installation, de modification et de maintenance d'équipements électriques sur des sites semi-industriels et industriels.
  • Intervenir dans des environnements de production tels que des chaînes de fabrication, lignes de conditionnement,plateformes logistiques automatisées ou unités de production agroalimentaires.
  • Assurer le suivi des approvisionnements, du matériel et des besoins humains du chantier.
  • Contrôler la conformité des installations aux normes en vigueur et aux exigences du client.
  • Veiller au respect des procédures QHSE et garantir l'application des règles de sécurité sur chantier.
  • Participer aux opérations de mise en service, essais et levées de réserves.

🎯 Profil recherché

Niveau d’études requis : Formation Bac Pro MELEC, BTS Électrotechnique, BTS CRSA, DUT Génie Électrique ou équivalent.

Expérience professionnelle :

  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en électricité industrielle dont une expérience réussie en encadrement de chantiers.
  • Expérience significative dans des environnements semi-industriels ou industriels (agroalimentaire, logistique,industrie manufacturière, lignes de production automatisées, etc.).

Habilitations obligatoires : A avoir ou à faire passer post-recrutement : B2V/H0V/BR/BEessais/ATEX1/CACES Nacelle

Compétences techniques requises

  • Solides connaissances en électricité industrielle CFO/CFA.
  • Lecture et interprétation de schémas électriques, plans d'implantation et synoptiques.
  • Expérience dans l'installation et la maintenance d'équipements industriels et semi-industriels.
  • Maîtrise des travaux de distribution électrique, armoires, chemins de câbles, raccordements, instrumentation et automatismes de premier niveau.
  • Connaissance des environnements de production industrielle (chaînes de fabrication, lignes automatisées, process industriels).
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs équipes et plusieurs interventions simultanément.
  • Bonne maîtrise des règles de sécurité et des normes électriques en vigueur.
  • Connaissance des outils informatiques de suivi de chantier et de reporting.
