About Snitcher 🔍
Snitcher shows B2B companies who's visiting their website.
Most businesses never see 97% of their web traffic. We help sales and marketing teams turn it into pipeline by identifying key accounts, enriching them instantly and triggering the right actions at exactly the right moment.
Companies like Clay, Unify and lemlist use Snitcher every day: some in the platform, others through our API, built into the products they ship themselves.
We're bootstrapped, profitable and proving you don't need VC money to dominate a category.
If half of that sounded like another language, that's fine. You won't be selling software. You'll make sure the people selling it have coffee, a working dishwasher and a plan for when the alarm goes off. Want in?
Who you are 😄
- Reliable without reminders: What you pick up gets done. Nobody has to check whether the order went in or the supplier called back.
- Organised, no fuss: Stock, orders and schedules stay sorted without it becoming a project. You spot that the coffee's nearly out before anyone else does.
- A natural host: You want the office to be a good place for everyone who walks in. You're easy to talk to, so people know they can come to you when something's up at the office.
- Hands-on: Something's leaking, a delivery didn't turn up or the dishwasher is acting strange? You jump on it and sort it out yourself. Too technical? You know who to call.
- Fluent in Dutch and English: You speak and write both well. Our team is international, so you'll switch between them all day.
Message us right away if this sounds like you:
- You've kept a place running where lots of people come together, whether that's an office, a hotel, a restaurant or something like it.
- You already have a BHV certificate (Dutch in-house emergency response training) or are open to getting one.
- You live in or near Hilversum.
This could be your way into a tech company, a job alongside your studies, something that fits around your family or a change from what you do now. If you read this and thought "that's me, except I've never worked in an office", apply anyway.
About the role 🕵️
As our first Office Coordinator, you get to shape how this job works, because nobody's had it before. Anything to do with the office or the building comes to you. You're practical, you're around and you get stuck in. The coffee's there, the fridge is full, the building's in order and everyone knows who to ask.
Your mission: Run our office so well that nobody has to think about it, so the team can focus fully on the product and our customers.
Most people only notice this work when it stops getting done. We've noticed. So far it's all been done next to a full HR job, and the team keeps growing. Now it's time.
You'll work directly with Leanne (HR & Office Manager), and with our Security Officer on anything to do with safety in the building. We'll agree your days together: part of your week alongside Leanne, part on your own, including days when people still work from home and you have the place to yourself.
What you'll be doing ✍️
- Keep the office stocked. You order the coffee, drinks, fruit, snacks and office supplies, and make sure we never run out.
- Look after the kitchen. You sort lunch, keep the fridge full and the plants alive, and help keep the kitchen, bins and toilets in good shape.
- Be the building's first call. The landlord, suppliers, cleaners and anyone who comes to fix something go through you.
- Help keep everyone safe. You help our Security Officer with the RI&E (the Dutch workplace risk assessment) and our emergency response (BHV).
- Look after the team. You help Leanne with onboarding and offboarding, keep track of birthdays and help plan team dinners, outings and courses.
- Keep the admin straight. You help process and check invoices, including our NS travel deal, so nothing gets stuck or paid twice.
In your first 90 days, you'll have a regular rhythm for ordering and stock, you'll have done the RI&E with our Security Officer and you'll have organised your first team outing. The plants should still be alive too.
Why you'll love working with us 🫶
- Trust first. You decide how it gets done and what gets bought within budget. No micromanagement.
- Everything can be said. We're direct and honest with each other. If something we do makes no sense, say so, whoever's idea it was.
- Own the outcome. We don't wait for someone to tell us what needs doing. See something that could be better? Pick it up. Your work really gets seen and appreciated.
- A foot in the door. If you've ever wondered how a software company works from the inside, you'll be sitting in one.
What you get from us 👀
- €18–€24 gross per hour — depending on your experience.
- 12–20 hours a week — on-site, on days we agree together.
- 8% holiday pay — the Dutch vakantiegeld.
- 25 holiday days, pro rata — based on a full-time week.
- Pension plan.
- Travel allowance — we'll agree what works for you.
- Transparent pay — you'll know exactly how your pay is built and how you can grow.
- Fun team outings, team dinners and events.
