We are hiring a Sales Development Representative for our Sales Development team, focused on the German market. You will work hand in hand with our sales and marketing teams to generate leads and build customer pipeline. This is an early-career role with a dedicated growth path and the training to become a great technical sales professional.

AS A SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:

- Build qualified pipeline by booking meetings with senior data, business and AI leaders at our largest strategic customers in Germany. You'll use multi-threaded outbound prospecting and careful lead follow-up to show how the Snowflake AI Data Cloud can solve their hardest data and AI problems.

- Partner with Global Account Managers, and Solution Engineers to find, qualify and source high-value use cases that move through the funnel and drive measurable consumption and revenue. Join customer meetings when needed and hand off opportunities with strong context.

- Work with Marketing to turn inbound leads, event attendees and campaign responses into qualified conversations, clear next steps and progress across complex buying groups.

- Research target accounts in depth and personalize your outreach, using AI-assisted tools to find the right people, the right timing and the right message.

- Give prospects a clear, high-level introduction to Snowflake, including the AI Data Cloud, Cortex AI and Snowflake Marketplace, and connect it to their business priorities.

- Track your activity and pipeline in Salesforce so the team always has a clear view of progress.

- Keep your knowledge of the data and AI market current through product trainings, team enablement and local industry events.

OUR IDEAL SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE WILL HAVE:

- 1+ years of experience in a prospecting, sales, or customer-facing role preferred.

- A university degree, or equivalent practical experience.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, in person, by phone, and in writing.

- Confidence engaging with people at all levels of an organization, from individual contributors to senior leaders.

- The ability to give clear presentations, both formal and informal, to colleagues and customers.

- Strong organization skills: you can prioritize, manage your time, and adjust focus as team goals change.

- A self-directed, curious, and positive approach, with a track record of owning goals and delivering results.

- A genuine interest in building a career in technology sales.
