Somos uma Consultoria Especializada em Serviço Social, humanizada, inclusiva e tecnológica, com 30 anos de atuação em âmbito Nacional, desenvolvendo ações e soluções de acordo com a cultura e necessidade do cliente.

O foco da nossa empresa é atuar em caráter preventivo e educativo, fortalecendo os vínculos de cidadania, melhorando a qualidade de vida dos colaboradores e capacitando-os, juntamente com seus gestores, na autogestão das questões sociais e gerenciamento de crise.

Principais atividades:

  • Atendimento social presencial e on-line para orientação e suporte ao cliente;
  • Realizar entrevista social;
  • Realizar visita domiciliar e hospitalar quando necessário;
  • Acompanhar e monitorar os casos sociais e previdenciários;
  • Captar recursos públicos e privados para melhor atender a demanda dos clientes;
  • Participar de reuniões com clientes para posicionamento dos casos, acompanhado do Gestor da área;
  • Garantir a qualidade e assertividade das informações e orientações fornecidas ao cliente direto e indireto.

Qualificações:

  • Graduação em Serviço Social;
  • Desejável Pós-graduação ou especialização;
  • Desejável atendimento em libras;
  • Ter conhecimento das leis previdenciárias, trabalhistas e sociais;
  • Ter conhecimento no pacote office;
  • Ter disponibilidade para viagens;
  • Desejável ter CNH e Veículo;

  • Regime de Contratação: Autônomo.
  • Horário: De segunda a sexta-feira, à definir.
