Van Wijnen Engineering is onderdeel van Van Wijnen: een nuchtere, mensgerichte bouwer met korte lijnen en een sterke focus op samenwerking en kwaliteit. Wat ga je doen?

Als Projectleider Constructie ben jij de inhoudelijke én aansturende spil binnen constructieve projecten. Je berekent de haalbaarheid van ontwerpen, adviseert klant en organisatie en neemt eigenaarschap op planning en deadlines. Je werkt in een mix van interne projecten (Van Wijnen) externe opdrachten en beweegt je binnen drie stromingen: schade, hoofdconstructie en vooral detailconstructie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Constructieve haalbaarheid berekenen en ontwerpen toetsen
  • Adviserende rol richting klant en organisatie
  • Werken binnen schade, hoofdconstructie (funderingen) en detailconstructie
  • Leiderschapsrol op projectleider-niveau: aansturen en verantwoordelijkheid nemen
  • Deadlines bewaken en zorgen voor tijdige oplevering
  • Veel op locatie aanwezig zijn en zien wat je berekent ook echt gerealiseerd worden
  • Werken met AutoCAD, Tekla, Revit en Technosoft

  • Doorgroeimogelijkheid richting adjunct directeur (Eindhoven)
  • Ondernemende en proactieve werkhouding: leiderschapsrol is absoluut (projectleider-niveau), openstaan voor kennisdeling;
  • Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau (Bouwkunde); liefst WO. Civiele constructie is een pré;
  • Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring als constructeur en 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider;
  • Sterk analytisch en technisch inzicht: haalbaarheid berekenen, sterk met cijfers, werken binnen schade/hoofdconstructie/detailconstructie;
  • Besluitvaardigheid en probleemoplossend vermogen: verantwoordelijkheid nemen en deadlines halen;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk: adviserende rol richting klant/organisatie
  • Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal;
  • Flexibiliteit en klantgerichtheid: veel op locatie aanwezig, flexibele start-/eindtijden, thuiswerken 50% (bespreekbaar);
  • Ondernemende en proactieve werkhouding: leiderschapsrol is absoluut (projectleider-niveau), openstaan voor kennisdeling;
