Responsabilités

En tant que HR Business Partner, directement rattaché(e) au Responsable RH, vous intervenez sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie des collaborateurs et accompagnez les managers au quotidien dans leurs enjeux humains, organisationnels et RH.

  • Piloter le recrutement et l’intégration des talents, en lien avec les besoins opérationnels ;
  • Accompagner le développement des compétences, la mobilité et la gestion des carrières ;
  • Piloter les processus de gestion de la performance et les revues de talents ;
  • Contribuer aux campagnes de rémunération et au pilotage des effectifs ;
  • Conseiller et accompagner les managers sur leurs problématiques RH au quotidien ;
  • Accompagner les évolutions organisationnelles et les projets de transformation ;
  • Contribuer au dialogue social, à l’engagement et au bien-être des collaborateurs ;
  • Analyser les enjeux RH de votre périmètre et contribuer à la mise en place d’actions adaptées ;
  • Déployer et accompagner les projets RH Groupe : développement des talents, engagement, diversité et inclusion, marque employeur et transformation RH.

Qualifications

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bac+5 en Ressources Humaines, Management ou équivalent ;
  • Vous disposez d’une expérience confirmée en tant que HR Business Partner ou RH généraliste, avec une forte proximité avec les équipes opérationnelles ;
  • Vous maîtrisez les principaux processus RH : recrutement, développement, performance, rémunération, gestion des talents et accompagnement des organisations ;
  • Vous disposez d’une bonne connaissance du droit du travail et des relations sociales ;
  • Vous maîtrisez couramment le français et l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.

  • Une expérience dans un environnement industriel ;
  • Une expérience au sein d’un groupe international ;
  • Une réelle appétence pour les projets de transformation et de conduite du changement ;
  • Une bonne maîtrise des outils SIRH et des indicateurs RH ;
