Job Description

Au sein d’une équipe locale de cinq collaborateurs, vous contribuez au développement de l’activité commerciale auprès de tableautiers, de bureaux d’études, de prescripteurs et de clients industriels. Sous le management du Responsable régional des ventes, vous développez les activités de l’agence, animez votre réseau d’affaires et accompagnez votre équipe vers l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux.

Responsabilités

  • Développer le chiffre d’affaires et renforcer la présence de Socomec sur l’ensemble du secteur confié.
  • Développer et animer un réseau de tableautiers, d’installateurs électriques, de bureaux d’études, de prescripteurs et de clients finaux.
  • Identifier, qualifier et suivre les opportunités commerciales ainsi que les projets du secteur.
  • Construire et piloter un plan d’action commercial afin d’atteindre les objectifs de développement définis.
  • Rédiger les offres techniques et commerciales, participer aux appels d’offres et assurer le suivi des affaires jusqu’à leur conclusion.
  • Manager une équipe de proximité, accompagner la montée en compétences des collaborateurs et suivre les indicateurs de performance de l’agence.

Qualifications

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’une formation supérieure technique et/ou commerciale.
  • Vous justifiez d’au moins sept années d’expérience dans un environnement technique et commercial, dans le secteur électrique.
  • Vous justifiez d’une première expérience en management, réussie.
  • Vous maîtrisez le développement commercial BtoB et la gestion d’affaires.
  • Vous possédez une bonne connaissance du réseau des installateurs électriques et des bureaux d’études.

Les plus qui pourraient vous rendre encore plus unique :

  • Expérience en management de proximité d’une petite équipe.
  • Connaissances des équipements électriques.
  • Parcours chez un installateur électrique ou un fabricant d’équipements électriques.
