Job Description

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Méthodes, vous intervenez sur trois dimensions complémentaires : l’expertise Méthodes et l’amélioration de la performance industrielle, le rôle de Key User ERP LN / Tanit pour le périmètre Méthodes et le pilotage de projets industriels transverses.

Responsabilités

  • Optimiser les méthodes et la performance industrielle : analyser les temps, capacités, flux, équilibrages et postes de travail, identifier les pertes et mettre en œuvre des améliorations mesurables en termes de Qualité, Coûts et Délais.
  • Définir et améliorer les processus industriels : élaborer et optimiser les gammes, modes opératoires, moyens, outillages et implantations, et accompagner les nouveaux produits, modifications et montées en cadence.
  • Résoudre les problématiques terrain : analyser les écarts et piloter les actions d’amélioration à l’aide des méthodes QRQC, PDCA, 5 Pourquoi, 6M ou 8D afin de mettre en place des solutions robustes et pérennes.
  • Garantir la fiabilité des données Méthodes dans l’ERP LN / Tanit : assurer la qualité des articles, gammes, nomenclatures, ressources, temps et paramètres, et veiller au respect des règles métier.
  • Assurer le rôle de User Méthodes ERP : représenter les besoins Méthodes auprès des équipes projet et de l’intégrateur, participer aux migrations, tests et recettes, former et accompagner les utilisateurs et garantir la capitalisation des règles de gestion et de la documentation.
  • Piloter les projets industriels transverses : cadrer les objectifs, ressources, planning, risques et livrables, coordonner les différents acteurs et assurer le suivi des projets jusqu’à leur clôture.

Qualifications

  • Formation Bac+5 en génie industriel, méthodes, mécanique, électromécanique, automatisme, informatique industrielle ou domaine équivalent.
  • Au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans un environnement industriel, idéalement en Méthodes, industrialisation, amélioration continue ou pilotage de projets.
  • Une expérience en tant que Key User ERP, idéalement sur Infor LN, est fortement souhaitée.
  • Une expérience dans un projet de déploiement ERP, de migration ou reprise de données, ou de conduite du changement constitue un véritable atout.
  • Bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.

Les plus qui pourraient vous rendre encore plus unique :

  • Bonne compréhension des processus ERP industriels et des interactions entre données techniques, production, logistique et gestion.
  • Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office, notamment Excel.
  • Capacité à structurer, contrôler et maintenir des données techniques fiables.
  • Appétence pour les solutions digitales, l’automatisation et l’IA, avec une approche pragmatique et une vérification humaine des résultats.
