Job Description

Responsabilités :

  • Recueillir et qualifier les besoins en recrutement en collaboration avec les managers.
  • Définir les profils recherchés et contribuer à l’élaboration des critères de sélection.
  • Rédiger et diffuser des offres d’emploi attractives sur les canaux adaptés.
  • Mettre en œuvre des actions de sourcing afin d’identifier des candidats pertinents et développer un vivier de talents.
  • Analyser les candidatures, réaliser les présélections et conduire les premiers entretiens.
  • Organiser et coordonner les entretiens avec les managers opérationnels.
  • Assurer le suivi des recrutements et la mise à jour des tableaux de bord et indicateurs RH.
  • Contribuer ponctuellement à des projets RH transverses et à l’amélioration continue des pratiques de recrutement.

Qualifications :

  • Formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 enRessources Humaines, Management oudomaine équivalent.
  • Une première expérience en recrutement, y compris dans le cadre d’un stage est appréciée.
  • Bonne compréhension du processus de recrutement et des différentes étapes de sélection.
  • Connaissance des techniques de sourcing et aisance dans l’utilisation des outils et plateformes de recrutement.
  • Capacité à mener des entretiens structurés et à analyser l’adéquation entre un profil et un besoin.
  • Sensibilisation aux principes de non-discrimination, d’égalité des chances et de confidentialité des données candidats.
  • Bonne maîtrise du Pack Office, notamment Excel, Word et PowerPoint.
  • Français courant et anglais courant.

  • Une première expérience dans le recrutement de profils industriels, techniques ou spécialisés.
  • Une bonne maîtrise des méthodes de sourcing direct et des réseaux professionnels, notamment LinkedIn.
