Job Description

Vous rejoignez l’équipe progrès du magasin de notre Usine 2 à Benfeld. Aux côtés des équipes opérationnelles, vous contribuez à standardiser les processus logistiques et à moderniser la gestion documentaire. Votre objectif consiste à rendre les standards plus fiables, plus intuitifs et plus faciles d’accès au quotidien.

Missions

Sous la supervision de votre tuteur, vous serez amené à :

  • Réaliser un état des lieux des standards et des procédures logistiques existants.
  • Identifier les documents obsolètes ou nécessitant une mise à jour.
  • Échanger avec les équipes terrain pour comprendre les pratiques réelles et formaliser des standards adaptés.
  • Rédiger et mettre à jour les procédures en collaboration avec les opérationnels.
  • Étudier des solutions numériques permettant de rendre la documentation plus accessible et intuitive.
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration des flux, aux réunions quotidiennes du magasin et à la création de supports pour l’intégration des nouveaux arrivants.

Grâce à ce stage, vous développerez une vision concrète des processus logistiques en environnement industriel. Vous renforcerez vos compétences en analyse terrain, formalisation de standards, amélioration continue et digitalisation documentaire.

Profil

  • Étudiant en Bac+2 ou Bac+3 dans le domaine de la logistique, de l’amélioration continue, des méthodes ou de la gestion industrielle.
  • Vous recherchez un stage d’une durée de 3 à 4 mois.
  • Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office, notamment Excel et Word.
  • Vous souhaitez découvrir le terrain et le travail en proximité avec des équipes opérationnelles.

  • Esprit d’analyse et rigueur pour comprendre les pratiques et structurer une documentation fiable.
  • Curiosité et force de proposition pour imaginer des améliorations concrètes et accessibles.
