Rattaché(e) au service Retail et sous la responsabilité du Directeur Retail et de la Coordinatrice Retail, le/la Stagiaire Assistant(e) Retail assure l’accompagnement de l'équipe dans la gestion et l’analyse des différents points de vente, et participez aux missions suivantes :

Analyses

  • Rapports et analyses hebdomadaires/mensuels des performances des points de vente (CA, KPIs retail, performances des produits, projection…)
  • Rédaction de la newsletter interne
  • Analyse mensuelle de la concurrence
  • Analyse des écarts de facturation des grands magasins
  • Analyse des remises

Gestion

  • Communication quotidienne avec les boutiques
  • Gestion des sujets opérationnels du réseau retail
  • Mise à jour des différents tableaux de suivi
  • Gestion et suivi des commandes boutiques

Projets

  • Organisation du séminaire de saison des équipes retail
  • Participation aux projets d’ouvertures de boutiques
  • Participation aux différents projets retail

Profil recherché

De formation Bac+3 minimum vous possédez idéalement une première expérience professionnelle pour un poste similaire dans le secteur du retail.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités relationnelles et votre excellente présentation. Vous faites preuve d’autonomie. Vous êtes organisé(e), réactif(ve) et rigoureux(se) avec un fort sens du détail. Vous êtes doté(é) d’une attitude proactive et polyvalence. Vous maîtriser les outils Microsoft (notamment Excel) et parlez anglais couramment. Vous avez une appétence pour l'univers de la mode.

Stage de 6 mois à pourvoir début Janvier.
