Per la nostra boutique siamo alla ricerca di un/una Assistant Store Manager con ottime capacità relazionali e un vero e proprio fiuto commerciale.

Lavorando in stretta collaborazione con lo Store Manager e sotto la direzione del Retail, in linea con le esigenze della nostra azienda, i compiti principali saranno i seguenti:

  • Padroneggiare tutte le tecniche di vendita
  • Garantire l'immagine di Sœur e la politica di vendita del marchio
  • Supportare lo Store Manager nella guida e nella gestione quotidiana del team di vendita
  • Contribuire allo sviluppo delle vendite e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi mensili
  • Accogliere i clienti in un'atmosfera calda e professionale
  • Fidelizzare i clienti attraverso un'assistenza personalizzata
  • Contribuire allo sviluppo dell'immagine di Sœur mettendo in mostra i prodotti e rispettando le procedure di merchandising in vigore
  • Assicurare una corretta gestione delle scorte nel punto vendita
  • Sostituire lo Store Manager in sua assenza, garantendo la continuità operativa del negozio

Profilo richiesto:

  • Ha un'ottima presentazione ed è desideroso/a di affrontare nuove sfide fidelizzando i clienti
  • Ha almeno 1-2 anni di esperienza in un ruolo analogo (vendita, supervisione di team o gestione di punto vendita)
  • È versatile, dinamico/a e organizzato/a
  • Sorridente, disponibile e rigoroso/a, sarà attento/a al proprio team e ai clienti
  • È richiesto un inglese fluente o un livello professionale

La posizione è disponibile nell'ambito dell'apertura di un negozio a partire da ottobre 2026.
